

In 1995, He joined Stone Staffing Inc, a leading organization in the permanent and temporary placement of accounting and finance professionals. Shortly after joining the organization, he became a valued member and a top producer within the organization. In 2000, he was made a manager within the firm. For years Paul was the top producer and built an incredibly strong network of professionals who relied on him for advice on building teams and preparing their companies for the next steps of their success. Paul has also been an expert speaker with several networking organizations such as FEI and FENG. Over his twenty-five-year career with Stone Staffing, Paul was instrumental in the firm placing over 3,000 positions all while maintaining a boutique firm quality relationship capability that places an incredibly high bar of expectation to attention to detail, foresight, and advisory capability to help clients grow.
At the end of 2020, Brennan Staffing Group Inc acquired the assets of Stone Staffing, and took off from there. Paul is dedicated to providing expert service to both clients and applicants and is very excited about the future of Brennan Staffing Group Inc.


He also has an MBA from Suffolk University 1983, and Worked 27 years at Winter Wyman and Company from 1983 to 2010, being promoted up through the ranks, winning various awards, including the Million Dollar Club and winning nine yearly President Club Awards, eventually becoming a Managing Partner in charge of four different divisions, Accounting & Finance perm, and contract, New York Accounting and Finance perm and contract and a Boston Banking division, was a co-owner of Winter Wyman Corporate and was a co-founder and Owner of the Accounting & Finance Contract businesses which were subsequently sold and he shared in those proceeds. After leaving Winter Wyman, he joined Stone Staffing in 2011 to assist Paul Brennan in growing that business. Robert has been married since 1984 to his loving wife Melissa and has two children: Harrison, a graduate of Syracuse University and currently a Senior Director of Sales for a software firm, and Victoria, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for a software firm.

As a dedicated recruiter, he specializes in placing top-tier talent in accounting and finance roles across various clients, from agile startups to Fortune 500 companies.
With a background in business, management, marketing, and related support services from Mount Wachusett Community College (Class of 2014), John brings strategic insight and a people-first approach to every search. His deep understanding of market trends and client needs allows him to deliver efficient, targeted staffing solutions that drive long-term value.

My professional journey began as a receptionist in Waltham and has since included roles as Education Coordinator for software companies in Waltham and Bedford, administrative support in manufacturing, and experience in marketing and inside sales throughout the Metrowest region. Each role has sharpened my skills and deepened my commitment to operational excellence.
Driven by a self-made spirit and grounded in real-world experience, I joined Brennan Staffing Group in January 2021, following its acquisition of Stone Staffing. As Operations Manager, I have spearheaded back-office initiatives that streamlined efficiency in Human Resources & Onboarding, Payroll, Billing, and Invoicing. This hands-on approach has allowed me to refine every aspect of our administrative processes.
Inspired by the work of our talented recruiters and the impact they make in people’s careers, I transitioned into recruiting, specializing in both permanent and temporary placements within the administrative field. My passion lies in building meaningful connections and empowering professionals to achieve their goals.
Outside of my professional life, I am dedicated to serving my community through organizations like Leominster Outreach, Ginny’s Helping Hand, and the HFOC Thanksgiving meal program for the homeless and shut ins. My country kitchen license also allows me to bake for non-profits and churches—all labors of love that brings comfort to those in need.

Jenelle is a results-driven marketing and communications professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration at Salem State University. She also holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Borough of Manhattan Community College. Jenelle brings a strong combination of academic achievement and practical experience, including her current role as a Social Media Specialist at Brennan Staffing Group, where she develops strategic, engaging content and manages digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Her previous positions as a Marketing Intern at LEAP for Education and Office Assistant at Salem State’s First Generation Student Success Center have further refined her skills in community engagement, event promotion, and content creation. Jenelle is passionate about storytelling, audience engagement, and supporting purpose-driven initiatives. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, crocheting, and spending quality time with her family.
